THE restructured Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) is in the thick of filling up still vacant positions to form a beefed-up team that will help make the Marcos administration "exciting" for the next six years.
With agencies formerly attached to the now defunct Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) now transferred to other offices under the Executive department, Press Secretary Rose Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles said she was now running a "tighter ship" needing a "major improvement" before it can fully navigate into being a fully effective and efficient communications arm of the government.
