EXPERTS advised the government to ensure a sufficient budget to implement the projects and targets of the administration of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., which he detailed in his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday.
Stratbase ADR Institute President Prof. Victor Andres "Dindo" Manhit said that the SONA showed the details of the new government's direction, highlighting a positive view and targets for the economy despite the challenges of the pandemic.
