'Complacency led to new Covid wave'

PUBLIC complacency in following minimum health protocols could have contributed to the continued increase of Covid-19 cases in the country, OCTA Research said.

Based on data presented by its senior research fellow, Dr. Guido David, the one-week growth rate in the National Capital Region (NCR) remained flat over the past three weeks at around 25 percent.
