House Bill seeks to declare 'ghosting' an emotional offense

NEGROS Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo 'Arnie' Teves Jr. has filed a bill that seeks to declare ghosting as an emotional offense.

The proposed law, House Bill 611, was filed on June 30.
