4Ps Party-list lawmaker is House minority leader

THE House of Representatives' minority bloc has elected Rep. Marcelino 'Nonoy' Libanan of the party-list Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino (4Ps) as their leader.

Northern Samar 1st District Rep. Paul Daza reported to the House plenary on Tuesday that the bloc 'unanimously elected' Libanan on Monday.
