(UPDATE) THE Quezon City Police District (QCPD) filed criminal charges before the City Prosecutor's Office against the gunman in the Ateneo de Manila's shooting which left three persons dead and one student wounded.
QCPD Director BGen. Remus Medina said three counts of murder and frustrated murder were slapped against Chao Tiao Yumol, 38, a medical doctor and native of Basilan province on Monday night.
