IT is a common question among job applicants during an interview, according to company recruiters, and is probably the reason why I see words like "on-site," "remote," or "hybrid" in most job advertisements.
Most organizations now have perfected the work-from-home (WFH) arrangement as a business continuity measure. Organizational leaders have also learned that it cannot be applied to all types of work. For some, it is just really a short-term solution.
