AS promised, members of various progressive groups that staged their respective protest rallies along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City voluntarily dispersed before the start and arrival of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., at the Batasang Pambansa for his first State of The Nation Address (SONA).
According to National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief, Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad the permit granted to the rallyists was only for until noon.
