It's official: Zubiri voted in as Senate president

THE 19th Senate officially opened on Monday with the election of Sen. Juan Miguel 'Migz' Zubiri as its new president.

Colleagues who nominated Zubiri described him as the 'trabahador' (worker) of the Senate. He was previously majority leader.
