THE state-run weather agency said on Monday that generally-fair weather is likely over the next 24 hours in Metro Manila and the rest of the country amid a new low pressure area (LPA) off Surigao del Norte, which has been affecting some parts of the Visayas and Bicol Region.
However, Aldczar Aurelio, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said that localized thunderstorms may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the metropolis and the rest of the country.
