Dearest partners and stakeholders of Philippine Cinema,

Last Thursday, we officially welcomed the new Chairman and CEO of the Film Development Council of the Philippines to the FDCP office. As a new chapter begins for the national film agency, a new chapter begins for me as well as an individual on her personal journey.
