Former president and now Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will not be able to attend President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr.'s State of the Nation Address (SONA.

Macapagal-Arroyo's chief of staff Erwin Krishna Santos said that the former president tested positive for Covid-19 in an antigen test on July 15 and immediately went into self-quarantine.
