Colossal error, not repaired

IT seems that our dear Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) persists in defending the indefensible which is the switch to polymer banknotes, dumping the abaca fiber that was the main material used to make our old currency.

Already, the consequences are being experienced, the worst of which is the lack of confidence in the polymer bills that the BSP persists in circulating despite public opinion against it on two valid grounds.
