A COLLISION between a tricycle and a van left three persons dead, including two children ages 5 and 7, and their 29-year-old mother while four others were seriously injured along Cagayan Valley Road in Barangay Buliran, San Miguel, Bulacan, on Wednesday afternoon.
It was learned that all the 7 victims on board the tricycle were heading to a Covid-19 vaccination site in Barangay Poblacion when the accident happened around 1:30 p.m.
