BACOLOD CITY: The Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP or Provincial Council) has approved a resolution recommending approval of a proposed splitting of the city into two legislative districts as contained in House Bill 297 of Bacolod Rep. Greg Gasataya.
The resolution, authored by Councilor Al Victor Espino, was passed by the SP during its regular session on Wednesday, July 20.
