Atayde to Metro Manila mayors: Address floods

A QUEZON City congressman asked Metro Manila's local governments to work together to address floods that affected not only his district but the entire National Capital Region.

First District Rep. Juan Carlos 'Arjo' Atayde said flood control is one of the main issues he will focus on during his term in the House of Representatives.
