Davao City's diarrhea outbreak kills 1

DAVAO CITY: The City Health Office (CHO) here confirmed Wednesday the death of a 10-year-old boy, while 147 got sick due to a diarrhea outbreak that hit 19 villages in Toril District in this city.

Dr. Ashley Lopez, CHO head, said the boy was admitted to Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) on July 16 and died of severe dehydration.
