Times forum tackles PH infrastructure prospects

LACK of infrastructure has long been cited as the 'Achilles' heel' of Philippine economic development. The Build, Build, Build (BBB) program of the Duterte administration developed projects to help remedy the situation.

However, while the BBB program was meant to bring about significant improvements in infrastructure growth to catch up with rapid urbanization and population growth, it has been beset with problems that delayed project completion.
