Marcos appoints ex-PDEA official as Customs chief

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has appointed former Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) official Yogi Filemon Ruiz as the new chief of the Bureau of Customs (BOC), Malacañang confirmed on Thursday.
