Entertainment icon Vic del Rosario, chairman and chief executive officer of Viva Communications, announced that singer-songwriter and multi-media star Ogie Alcasid has signed an exclusive contract with Viva Music Publishing, Inc. (VMPI), the music publishing arm of the Viva Music Group.
