Commonwealth Avenue declared 'no-rally zone'

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday declared the Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City as a 'no-rally zone' during the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Monday.

PNP Officer in Charge LtGen. Vicente Danao Jr. said that protesters may conduct their activities on the University of the Philippines Diliman grounds and Quezon Memorial Circle as these are the designated areas for protests.
