SEN. Sherwin Gatchalian filed Senate Bill 383 that seeks to speed up the digital transformation of the basic education sector.
The senator, in a statement on Tuesday, said "education in the new normal will utilize a mix of face-to-face classes, online learning, and other modalities." He said that this is crucial "to ensure learning continuity even amid disasters and other calamities."
