THE drive against ambulance chasing shifted to high gear by bringing to the attention of the country's anti-graft court, the Office of the Ombudsman, the charges filed against two voluntary arbitrators of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB).
Cargo Safeway President Capt. Reynaldo Casareo filed charges before the Ombudsman against NCMB Accredited Voluntary Arbitrators Reynaldo Ubaldo and Gregorio Biares Jr. for "knowingly rendering unjust judgment, malicious delay in the administration of justice and violation of Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act" on July 5.
