THE untangling of decades-old "spaghetti" wires along major streets of Bacolod City started over the weekend.
The personnel of the Bacolod City government under the Task Force Spaghetti Wires with support from representatives of telecom and cable companies and the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) started the removal and clearing of useless wires along San Juan street.
