BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental: Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson on Sunday said he is studying the possibility of declaring a state of calamity in the province amid a continuing rise in dengue cases.
Lacson, in an interview with The Manila Times, also said he is going to consult Dr. Ernell Tumimbang, provincial health officer, on the matter.
