Revenue Region No. 4 headed by Regional Director Douglas Rufino and Assistant Regional Director Mary Jane Asuncion, RDO No. 21B South Pampanga under the leadership of Revenue District Officer Arnel Cosinas and OIC-Assistant Revenue District Officer Liza Dimaya, released the BIR Certificate of Registration to the City Government of San Fernando as the City's compliance to the call of the Regional and the District Offices to have the proprietary activities of the local governments to be registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the corresponding tax obligation related thereto be reported and paid.
