NCR Covid growth rate drops slightly

OCTA Research senior fellow Dr. Guido David said on Saturday that the Covid-19 growth rate in the National Capital Region (NCR or Metro Manila) has shown a slight decrease — from 41 percent during the week of July 2 to 8, to 28 percent during the week of July 9 to 15.
