Angat Dam inching closer to normal level

The water level in Angat Dam has climbed to 179.98 meters, or just one meter below the critical level of 180 meters, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.

Angat dam supplies 90 percent of Metro Manila's water needs.
