Rogelio ‘Babes’ Singson promotes the policy recommendations of the Management Association of the Philippines, which has named him as its president. Singson was formerly secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways and was also chairman of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority. Singson is currently president and CEO of Metro Pacific Water.
