THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday urged all gun sellers to be responsible by transacting only with persons allowed to carry weapons.
PNP chief LtGen. Vicente Danao Jr. cited the 2017 Marawi siege where state forces did not have enough ammunition and bullets as these were sold to unscrupulous people.
