SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go has again called on the public to remain vigilant against disasters and urged local government units to intensify fire prevention campaigns and efforts in their respective communities as he sent assistance to fire victims in Barangay Quiot, Cebu City, on Tuesday, July 12.

'My countrymen, I know how hard your situation is at this time. We are in the middle of a pandemic and now you are victims of a fire. However, as I have said, what is more important is that we are alive and that no one was hurt,' Go said in his video message.
