FORMER Health secretary and now Iloilo Rep. Janette Garin entered a not-guilty plea during her arraignment in the criminal cases filed by at least eight parents and relatives of children who died after being inoculated with the Dengvaxia vaccine.
Garin entered the plea via online before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QC-RTC) Branch 107 last July 7, Public Attorney's Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta told The Manila Times on Thursday.
