PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has appointed Manuel Antonio Teehankee as Philippine ambassador to the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Marcos, who ended his isolation after his second bout with Covid-19, administered the oath office to Teehankee in a ceremony in Malacañang on Friday.
