Netflix partners with Microsoft to offer cheaper plan

SAN FRANCISCO, California: Netflix will work with Microsoft to launch a cheaper subscription plan that includes advertisements, the firms said on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila), as the streaming giant fights to attract customers.
