THE city government of Baguio and the city library is urging all villages in the Summer Capital to establish its own reading center to help children hone reading comprehension.

City librarian Easter Pablo said the limited personnel of the city library are willing to provide any interested barangay (village) with the needed technical assistance to help establish a reading center that can be used not only by children but by every resident in the barangay.
