MORE than 50 percent of Filipino job seekers will refuse to work for employers whose practices do not align with their beliefs, the country manager of an online employment company said, highlighting the importance of genuineness and inclusivity in an organization.
Candidates have started considering company cultures and environments on top of salary offers when they are looking for work, JobStreet Philippines country manager Philip Gioca said at a recent Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Philippines virtual luncheon, citing the results of a global survey.
