THE manufacturer of Lucky Me! instant noodles is compliant with the country's food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices, the Department of Health (DoH) said.

Separate bulletins issued by health authorities in Malta, Ireland and France flagged several batches of Lucky Me! Instant Noodles and Lucky Me! Pancit Canton for having trace amounts of ethylene oxide, a chemical used in destroying the salmonella virus in agricultural products.
