Recession, China worries plunge stocks, oil prices

HONG KONG: Equities and oil prices dropped on Tuesday on fears that central bank moves to fight inflation would spark a recession, while the euro fell toward parity with the dollar as cost-of-living crises loom over the eurozone economy.
