Nayong Pilipino, DENR plant trees during PH Environment Month

TO celebrate this year's Philippine Environment Month, the Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) partnered with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in a tree planting activity at the Entertainment City, a 9.5-hectare NPF property in Parañaque, on June 23.

Employees of the NPF and DENR's Biodiversity and Forest Management Bureaus have planted more than 100 trees with different saplings, namely ipil-ipil, tindalo, yakal, makaasim, phil ash, lipote, palawan cherry, dita, batino and bignay.
