LEADING downstream liquid natural gas and infrastructure development firm, Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific (AG&P) Group, recently joined hands with private group Balay Mindanaw Foundation Inc. to rebuild communities in the Dinagat Islands, which was among the provinces in the southern Philippines hardest-hit by Typhoon 'Odette' (international name: 'Rai') last year in December.

Typhoon 'Odette' swept through Southern Philippines shortly before Christmas, affecting 16 million people and leaving seven provinces severely damaged. By certain estimates, areas ravaged by Rai would need humanitarian assistance throughout this year.
