Marcos names Lotilla Energy secretary

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. named Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla as secretary of the Department of Energy (DoE), Malacañang said Monday.

'The President has designated a new Energy Secretary, Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla,' Press Secretary Rose Beatrix 'Trixie' Cruz-Angeles said in a statement.
