SEVERAL Philippines real estate firms won in the recently concluded Real Estate Asia Awards 2022, a prestigious awards program that pays tribute to real estate businesses overcoming unforeseen circumstances and producing innovations that stood out in the property market.
Ayala subsidiary Alveo Land won the "Developer of the Year" award, Filinvest REIT Corp. bagged the "Office Development of the Year" and "REIT Initiative of the year" awards, Metrostar Realty Development Inc. seized the "Mid-sized Residential Development of the Year" award, and lastly, The Instant Group got the "Flexible Workspace Initiative of the Year" award. Property firms from the rest of Asia also won honors as well.
