TWO low-pressure areas (LPAs) were spotted and closely monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa said on Sunday, July 10, one LPA was located 685 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes. The state weather bureau said it has a low chance of developing into a storm.
