Davao ready for Kadayawan Festival

DAVAO'S residents and tourists can expect a safe and colorful celebration of the 37th Kadayawan sa Davao Festival this August as it marks the first face-to-face festival since Covid-19 hit two years ago.

Davao City Mayor Sebastian 'Baste' Duterte, in his message read by Vice Mayor Melchor Quitain Jr. during the media launch at Seda Hotel on Friday afternoon, July 8, said the Kadayawan Festival remains to be a symbolic way of celebrating life, bountiful harvest, and diversity among Davaoeños.
