THE positivity rates in Metro Manila and 12 provinces have reached more than 10 percent, OCTA Research said on Monday.
OCTA Research fellow Guido David said that the positivity rate in Metro Manila rose from 8.3 percent on July 2 to 10.9 percent on July 9.
