Marcos govt seeks end to insurgency
DEPUTY National Security Adviser Rommel Banlaoi said they are targeting to end the decades-old insurgency before the end of the six-year term of President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr.
Banlaoi, a respected political scientist and security expert, said they will assist the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac) in hitting the target via a whole-of-nation approach.
