2 dead, 2 injured in Makati elevator collapse

TWO persons died and two others were injured when an elevator of the Burgundy Corporate Tower in Makati City collapsed early Friday, police said.

Makati City Police chief Col. Harold Depositar identified the casualties as Manuel Linayao and Rey Miguel Gilera, both elevator installers and employees of DLC Contractor. Those injured were not named.

Two persons were killed after an elevator being repaired collapsed inside a Burgundy Corporate Tower along Buendia Ave. in Makati City early Friday morning.
