Mapua downs EAC to keep semis bid alive

Mapua University rallied from two sets down to defeat Emilio Aguinaldo College, 17-25, 22-25, 25-13, 25-18, 15-8, and boost its semifinals bid in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 97 women's volleyball tournament at the Paco Arena on Saturday.

With the victory over the Lady Generals, the Lady Cardinals raised its win-loss record to 5-4, tied with Jose Rizal University and Lyceum of the Philippines University in fourth place.
