Retired ambassadors laud naming of Manalo to DFA

RETIRED Filipino ambassadors said the appointment of veteran diplomat Enrique Manalo as Foreign Affairs secretary has 'brought confidence' to the Philippines' ability to meet challenges in foreign diplomacy.

The retirees of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), led by former ambassador Lauro Baja, lauded Manalo's appointment.
