Marcos scraps PACC

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has abolished the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) and the Office of the Cabinet Secretary, citing the need for a 'just allocation of resources' amid the Covid-19 and fiscal crises.
